Creating Organizational Alignment

I gave this talk on Creating Organizational Alignment to the OnDeck Chief of Staff Community on May 3, 2022. It’s based in part on my summary of Patrick Lencioni’s book The Advantage and on other posts I’ve written about principled leadership and the concept of alignment leadership

While the talk was originally delivered to a Chief of Staff audience, I designed the talk for all leaders and executives; just substitute “leader” whenever I say “Chief of Staff”. The slides are available here if interested, but the talk includes several stories that aren’t mentioned in the slides.
